Cancellation Policy
Please allow 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment or you risk losing your deposit, package, or gift certificate/card amount. If you cannot make your appointment you can reschedule or cancel online or by sending a TEXT to 352-247-2251. You are allowed a 1-time transfer of your deposit when you reschedule or cancel before the 24-hour cutoff time.

Online booking is the preferred choice for you to schedule your appointments. A 50% Deposit is required to hold all appointments. If you have purchased a package this will act as your deposit. If you fail to comply with the cancellation policy you will lose (1) session from your package.

You have 24 hours to pay the deposit from the time you make the appointment. If a deposit is not sent the session will be canceled.

An invoice may be sent by email through Square for you to pay with your credit card online if you do not wish to use any of the above money apps. Please contact me to request an invoice.

We Finance through Afterpay if needed when purchasing packages. (Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, Cash App, and Paypal are all accepted forms of payment for single sessions and packages)
