What time should I arrive for my appointment if I’m new? Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

How can I prepare for my session? Drink plenty of water the days leading up to your service. Limit sugar, sodium and processed foods.

How can I maximize my results after my session? Drink plenty of water, go for brisk walks, and keep a healthy diet.

I want to purchase a package how can I do so? Go to the Package page, select your package and click the buy now button. You will be directed to a page to purchase your package. Once your package is purchased you can then schedule your appointments.

How do I schedule a session? If you purchased a package, you can go online and book your appointments. If a package is not purchased, a 50% deposit is required to hold ALL appointments. Book your appointment online and then send a deposit for EACH appointment you make if scheduling multiple appointments.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, Cash App, and Paypal are all accepted forms of payment for single sessions, packages, and deposits. For packages, financing through Afterpay is also available. (Subject to approval)

What is your cancellation policy? Please allow 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  See POLICIES for more information.

Do I still need to pay a deposit if I’m using a gift certificate?  No, your gift certificate will act as your deposit.  When scheduling your appointment please enter the gift card number in the notes section for verification.  In the event of a violation of the cancellation policy, your gift card will be charged 50% of the session price.
